1. Yellow color does not necessarily mean old wine
Not all baijiu is more yellow, some baijiu put more than ten years is still colorless and transparent. The yellowing of liquor for a long time is a very complicated process, which is closely related to raw materials, brewing technology, storage environment and time, and the flavor of wine. Generally speaking, the yellow color of white wine is because the diketones are yellow to varying degrees, and the content of diketones in sauce-flavor white wine is higher, so it is a slight yellow color. On the other hand, under the action of microorganisms, complex reactions will occur, and some substances in the wine will show a slight yellow color.

2. Older wines are not necessarily better
Many people think that the longer the liquor is stored, the better it will taste, which is a bit of an overstatement. The degree of wine, flavor, process, sealed storage difference is large, such as less than 38 degrees of liquor, storage time if the longer, the taste will be weaker, if the seal is not in place, alcohol volatilization is also very fast. It is generally recommended to store more than 52 degrees of liquor, as the time becomes longer, the aldehyde substances in liquor will slowly volatilize, and the taste will be softer.
3. Food wine doesn't always taste good
High-quality pure grain wine is naturally good to drink, but the real pure grain wine is very demanding, it is brewed from pure grain as raw materials, and does not contain any additives. In the brewing process, generally only five catties of grain can be brewed out of one catty of pure grain wine, which ensures the purity and quality of the wine.
However, most of the food wine on the market today have additives, such food wine is not only bad taste, easy to drink dizzy, but also harmful to the body.

4.500ml of white wine is not necessarily just 1 jin
In everyone's concept, the capacity of 500 ml should be the weight of 1 jin. This is our daily experience, but it is not true. For example, a bottle of 500ml53 degree sauce wine has a density of about 0.79 g/ml, while the density of water is 1 g/ml. And different degrees of alcohol will also have some subtle weight differences, so a bottle of 500ml of white wine is actually less than 1 jin.
