The difference between grain liquor and alcoholic liquor

At present, there are many kinds of liquor on the market, and different brands make people inevitably feel dazzled when choosing, and there are a variety of alcohol on the market, many people may buy alcohol without paying attention. So what is the difference between alcohol and food wine, and how should we identify it? I'm going to tell you about it today.
1. Different standards of implementation
The implementation standards of alcohol and grain wine are different, and the implementation standards of grain wine are different because of the different flavor types.
Different flavor liquor implementation standards:
Paste flavor standard: GB/T 26760-2011
Luzhou-flavor standard: GB/T 10781.1-2006

Rice flavor standard: GB/T 10781.3-2006

Laobaigan flavor standard: GB/T 20825-2007

The implementation standard for alcohol is very simple, GB/T 20821-2007.

2. Different brewing processes
Grain wine and alcoholic wine are also very different in the brewing process.
First of all, the brewing process of food wine is very complex, whether it is the choice of raw materials or the following process are very particular. For example, the sauce wine needs to be the local red hat glutinous sorghum in Maotai town as raw materials, the Dragon Boat Festival Qu, the Double Sun Xia Sha, to comply with the weather, the brewing cycle of at least one year.
After the new wine is brewed, it also needs to be stored, which lengthens the time cycle.

The brewing process of alcohol is relatively simple, many businesses will use potato, molasses and other raw materials, through liquid fermentation, distillation into edible alcohol, and then string incense, fragrance, and then hook into alcohol. And some businesses will go directly to often buy a lot of alcohol back, and then add water, spices to hook up, a few days can hook up.

So overall, alcohol has almost no process, very low time cost, and is not limited by space, and it is completely unable to compare with food wine.

3. Brewing costs vary
Grain wine in addition to the basic raw material cost, there are labor costs, equipment costs, packaging costs, logistics costs, etc., especially the sauce wine, the cost is higher, the price naturally can not be low.
The cost of alcohol is very low, the price of a ton of edible alcohol on the market is about 5,000-7,000, plus water, spices, these costs are not high. At the same time, alcohol in the brewing also does not need too complex equipment and too many people, so the price is relatively low.

4. Different output
For grain wine, the input and output of grain wine are relatively fixed, and the output is relatively limited. In general, the output of most wineries will gradually increase or remain stable, rather than suddenly increase.
The production of alcohol, on the other hand, is very unstable, and can produce a lot in a short period of time, or it may not be produced at all.

5. Alcohol tastes different
Grain wine and alcoholic wine also have a very big difference in drinking taste.
The reason why food wine is widely praised is precisely because of its durable and mellow aroma, taste crisp and pleasant, and it will give people a very comfortable and relaxed feeling after drinking.
However, after the alcohol is opened, there will be a pungent smell, and the fragrance is very short, and it will almost disappear after a while.

Therefore, when buying liquor, we must buy from regular channels, carefully check the packaging information, and avoid buying inferior wine.
