The sauce liquor produced by Guiliang Liquor Industry is stored in pottery jars for at least 3 years after one year of production, and then mixed with finished products for at least two more years. It takes at least 5 years from production to production, and the container for storing wine is made of ceramic jars. Ceramic jars have good breathability, fast oxidation and esterification reactions, and the jar body contains numerous trace elements that can promote the binding effect of wine molecules, which can make the wine contain more and richer trace elements. At the same time, the original ecological oxygen is automatically generated, promoting the oxidation and aging of beneficial substances in the wine body.
