       1. Holiday period: February 7th to February 17th, a total of 11 days, officially starting work on February 18th;

         2. Holiday duty: The 400 customer service phone is open normally, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm during the holiday period, and from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on New Year's Eve;
